I will find some sounds and transfer onto floppy disk so I can fiddle with it and learn more. If you're looking at this, likely you know what it is already - a Waldorf Wave wavetable synth. It comes with a manual and a 220v power cord and a boot disk, possibly some sound disks if i'm successful in getting some sounds on disk. It is considered by many to be the pinnacle of hybrid digital & analog synthesis, using wavetables for complex oscillator generation and Curtis and SSM chips for analog filtering and envelope control.
Here is more detailed information: Waldorf_Wave. This is a lot more complex than something like a Juno 106 or similar, and my programming skills are not nearly up to par to generate much in the way of mind-blowing sounds. These links to various YouTube demos can do a much better job at showing the potential of the Wave than i could, most of these are pretty amazing sonically: example1. The Stabillus gas shocks don't hold up the panel anymore, the Nextel blue paint has chips in various places (pretty typical for a lot of Waves), the wooden side blocks are scratched up, and a few of the rotary encoders are a bit wobbly (but they work). One white key has a piece missing underneath that does not affect play at all. I have tried to show all in the pictures. The LCD backlight has been replaced and the screen looks good. I replaced the internal battery a little while back the synth seems to boot with no issues. Floppy drive seems to work well. This synth is big 48 in. X 22in x 6in and heavy my guess is 70 0r 80 lbs.
